The cottage is nestled among the coveted Ottawa Beach historic cottages. It was built in 1989 and renovated with modern amenities while maintaining many original features that give this bright and airy cottage so much character!
Through the trees, you can see Lake Michigan and the waves can be heard crashing onto the shoreline of Lake Michigan. The cottage is just minutes from downtown Holland. Holland State Park, Lake Macataw, Ottawa Beach General store for ice cream and a short walk to the Association’s beach on Lake Michigan.
The surrounding area is within a National Registry of Historic Sites. This cottage is a part of the West Michigan Park Association.
Outside is a newly constructed deck. When you enter the cottage you are in the three seasons porch. Perfect for naps, entertaining, listening to the rain, playing board games, reading or whatever hits your fancy. Upstairs, the cottage has four bedrooms all decorated with colorful beach décor. Plenty of room to fill with friends and family. Every bed is comfortable and the linens and quilts are cozy. The living and dining areas are perfect for friends and family to gather.
Underneath the porch is a storage are for kayaks, bikes, tools, equipment, beach toys and chairs and other outdoor essentials.
Furniture, rugs, appliances, outdoor furniture, linens, dishware, Weber grill, paddle board, kayak, bikes, beach toys, tools are included. You just have to turn the key and you’re ready to relax and enjoy everything the cottage and surrounding areas has to offer.
